Job summary

Beyond is seeking a client-facing Workspace Support specialist to act as a primary contact for Google Workspace-related issues. You will follow established processes to support our customers, while working closely with Deployment Specialists and Engineers.

The role emphasizes ticketing discipline, SLA adherence, and proactive escalation handling. A hybrid work setup is offered to balance in-office collaboration with remote support.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing service desk/helpdesk role.
• Prior experience in a Support & Operations environment, ideally in ITIL.
• Understanding of service management components: ticket types, SLAs, and ticket prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and advice to clients on the Google Workspace platform, following processes and best practices.
• Adhere to SLAs, addressing enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Act as Support contact/escalation for designated MSP customers and manage ticket escalations.
