Qodea Ltd. in the Philippines seeks a client-facing Workspace Support Specialist to handle Google Workspace issues and follow our established processes. You will support MSP customers, assist Deployment Specialists with projects, and uphold SLA-driven service levels.

The role offers a hybrid work model (two to three days in the office) and opportunities to expand technical knowledge and customer service excellence. Strong English communication is essential.

Competenze

• Experience in a customer-facing service desk/helpdesk role.
• Experience in a Support & Operations environment, preferably ITIL.
• Strong understanding of service management, including tickets, SLAs and prioritisation.

Mansioni

• Provide support and advice to clients on Google Workspace following best practices.
• Adhere to SLAs and handle inquiries professionally and timely.
• Act as MSP contact/escalation for designated customers and chase tickets.
• Support Workspace Deployment Specialists and Collaboration Engineers with projects.
• Provide on-call support for clients out-of-hours via a rota system.
• Continuously learn and develop skills to support our customer portfolio.
