Technians Softech Pvt Ltd is seeking an Executive – Paid Media (Google) to plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions for our clients.

The role requires hands-on PPC experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to report on performance. You will work within a collaborative team, focusing on ROI through strategic bidding, keyword research, and creative testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 6 months to 3 years proven PPC / paid search experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and paid search platforms.
• Google AdWords certification is preferable.
• Passion for PPC and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good working knowledge of Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic Google Ads plans with objectives, audience, budget and timelines.
• Execute end-to-end campaign setup: keyword research, ad copy, bids, targeting.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research for targeting opportunities.
• Manage campaign budgets for optimal resource use.
• Forecast and track key account KPIs and metrics.
• Monitor spend and adjust budgets to maximize ROI.
• Test ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
