Technians Softech Pvt Ltd is seeking an Executive – Paid Media (Google) to plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions for our clients.

The role requires hands-on PPC experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to report on performance. You will work within a collaborative team, focusing on ROI through strategic bidding, keyword research, and creative testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 6 months to 3 years proven PPC / paid search experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and paid search platforms.
• Google AdWords certification is preferable.
• Passion for PPC and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good working knowledge of Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

As a Paid Media (Google) Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve marketing objectives for our company.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop strategic plans for Google Ads campaigns, defining objectives, target audience, budget allocation, and timelines.
• Execute end-to-end campaign setup, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and targeting options.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to enhance performance and maximize ROI.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant targeting opportunities.
• Effectively manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and goal achievement.
• Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client. Forecast and track key account metrics
• Monitor spending and adjust budgets as necessary to maximize ROI.
• Test different ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to identify areas for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of 6 months to 3 years in driving successful PPC and paid search campaigns
• Strong working knowledge of Google Adwords and all paid search platforms
• Google Adwords certification is preferable
• Passion for PPC and digital marketing in general
