Job summary

permhunt seeks an experienced Partner Operations professional to oversee Google Cloud partnerships in the Philippines. You will coordinate partner systems, deal registrations, funding programmes, rebates, and reporting, ensuring smooth operations across Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Partnerships.

You will manage key platforms such as Partner Network Hub (PNH), Delivery Readiness Portal (DRP), and Skills Boost, and ensure CRM alignment with external partner requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Alliance Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Strong practical experience in a technology partner ecosystem, ideally Google Cloud.
• Experience with CRM platforms and aligning data with external partner systems.
• Knowledge of partner programme structures, including tiers, certifications, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end partner operations for Google Cloud partnerships across multiple teams.
• Manage partner platforms and ensure accurate information across systems.
• Track programme performance, certifications, and qualification metrics.
• Oversee deal registrations, co-sell, and services opportunities in CRM.
• Provide training on deal registration requirements and processes.
• Produce regular reporting on opportunities, rebates, and funding initiatives.
• Support funding programmes, rebates, and incentive reporting.
• Maintain onboarding guides and partner documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Partnerships.
