Job summary

Polaris Inc is seeking a GoHighLevel Specialist to implement and optimize digital marketing systems across CRM, funnels, and content channels. You will drive client acquisition and lifecycle processes, enabling efficient workflows and measurable results.

The role focuses on setting up automations, content editing, and social media management, with a remote-friendly, full-time schedule. A hands-on marketer with agency-level experience will excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years virtual work experience.

• Skilled in graphic/video editing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage GHL sub-accounts, funnels, workflows, and email campaigns.
• Edit and repurpose content (Canva, CapCut, Descript).
• Manage FB, IG, and LinkedIn content + engagement.
• Track metrics: CPL, CTR, conversions, UTM, Pixel, GA.
• Handle outreach, DMs, follow-ups, and pipeline management.

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a proactive implementer and critical thinker — someone who can own the execution of digital marketing systems from A to Z. You’ll be the strong link the Founder can rely on, responsible for setting up, executing, and optimizing all marketing touchpoints across CRM, content, social media, funnels, ads, and lead follow‑up. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in supporting visionaries, brings technical marketing skills to the table, and gets excited about driving results behind the scenes.

Your mission

Be the driving force behind the marketing engine of an established, fast-growing company. You won’t just support growth — you’ll architect it. By managing the daily execution of CRM, funnels, social media, and content systems, your role will directly help scale client acquisition, multiply impact, and buy back the Founder’s time.
