We are looking for a proactive and organised Digital Marketing - Web & GHL Specialist to support our digital marketing, social media, website, CRM, and general admin activities.

This is a remote position.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised Digital Marketing - Web & GHL Specialist to support our digital marketing, social media, website, CRM, and general admin activities.

Portfolio is required.

You will be responsible for managing key activities such as the following:

SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL MARKETING

• Create and manage social media content
• Manage social media accounts and audience engagement
• Repurpose content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages
• Manage social media outreach and appointment setting
• Create graphics and edit videos
• Write blogs and other marketing content
• Manage email marketing campaigns
• Support and implement social media strategies
• Track social media performance and KPIs
• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices

WEB DESIGN & GHL

• Update and maintain website content and pages
• Assist with basic website design and improvements
• Upload and manage website images, content, and other digital assets
• Manage CRM records and sales pipelines
• Manage and update GoHighLevel (GHL) contacts, pipelines, workflows, and campaigns
• Assist with GHL forms, landing pages, automations, and appointment systems

GENERAL ADMIN

• Manage CRM and database records
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare monthly social media and digital marketing reports
• Manage and book appointments
• Assist with client enquiries and telephone support
• Manage emails, files, and documents
• Assist with webinars, meetings, and other marketing activities
• Provide general administrative support as required

Requirements

• Degree qualified (+)
• Minimum 3 years of Digital Marketing, Social Media Content Creation or similar
• Experience in web design and website management
• Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL), Wix, and WordPress
• Strong digital marketing and social media experience
• Experience in graphic design (logo) and video editing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Experience with Canva and video editing software such as Premiere
• Experience with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Experience in content creation, social media engagement, and database management
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, organised, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

Work Environment & Expectations

While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

This role requires:

• Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)
• Use of time tracking software during work hours
• Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
• Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
• Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task

Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits

• 1. Monthly Salary: PHP 35,000
• 2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
• 3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippine public holidays
• 4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation 10 days of annual leave credits 5 days of sick leave
• 5. HMO offered after 6 months' probation
• 6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
• 7. Annual Salary Review
• 8. Laptop provided after 30 days
• 9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
• 10. SHIFT TIMES: 8 AM - 5 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday.
