Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to lead the technical onboarding and implementation for agency clients. You will set up GoHighLevel accounts, pipelines, automations, funnels, and CRM workflows, ensuring scalable lead generation and efficient follow-ups.

The role is remote, requires strong client communication, and the ability to manage multiple builds in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with GoHighLevel and B2B digital marketing agencies is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience including funnels, pipelines, automations, and CRM setup.
• Experience configuring integrations and CRM workflows for onboarding clients.
• Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and lead tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure GoHighLevel accounts from scratch.
• Create pipelines, stages, custom fields, tags, workflows, and automations.
• Develop SMS and email nurture sequences for lead follow-up.
• Set up funnels, calendars, forms, and lead routing systems.
• Build responsive landing pages inside GoHighLevel and test all automations.
