Job summary

Ironbrij is looking for a highly skilled Go High Level Expert VA to implement, optimize, and manage our GHL platform. Candidates should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with GHL, demonstrating proficiency in building funnels and managing CRM data.

This remote position offers real responsibilities in a fast-evolving company, great team culture, and 14 days of annual leave. Responsibilities include setting up GHL accounts, building sales funnels, and providing training to internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven Expert-Level Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on, in‑depth experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex funnels, workflows, and integrations within GHL.
• Digital Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including lead generation, sales funnels, email marketing, SMS marketing, and CRM best practices.
• Problem‑Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
• Autonomy: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new features and adapt to platform updates quickly.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and manage GHL accounts, sub-accounts, and user permissions.
• Build, optimize, and maintain high-converting sales funnels, landing pages, and websites within GHL.
• Develop, implement, and refine complex automation workflows (email sequences, SMS campaigns, voicemail drops, call routing).
• Manage and optimize lead capture forms, surveys, and booking calendars.
• Integrate GHL with other essential business tools and third-party applications using native integrations or Zapier/APIs.
• Generate and analyze performance reports within GHL to track key metrics.
• Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams on GHL functionalities and best practices.
