Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including workflows, funnels, calendars, and pipelines.
• Experience building and using GoHighLevel snapshots.
• Experience setting up payment integrations and social media integrations in GoHighLevel.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a logical, systems-focused approach.
• Ability to write clear, step-by-step SOPs.
• Excellent written English.
• Resolute, accurate, and productive when left to manage your own day.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and deploy GoHighLevel snapshots across accounts.
• Migrate from multiple sub-accounts to a single agency account.
• Create funnels and landing pages focused on conversion.
• Set up calendars, booking flows, and appointment automations.
• Build and maintain automation workflows, CRM records, and sales pipelines.
• Configure and manage payment and social media integrations.
• Oversee incoming leads to ensure proper routing and follow-up.
• Document systems with clear SOPs and follow existing ones.
• Troubleshoot issues with workflows, integrations, and automations quickly.
• Explore and implement AI agents and AI-powered automations within GoHighLevel.
