Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Workday Specialist to drive internal and external HR reporting initiatives from gathering requirements to User Acceptance Testing. The role supports global HR reporting infrastructure and develops solutions used across the enterprise.

You will interact with various HR teams, lead small projects, and help optimize reporting performance while mentoring colleagues in best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of Workday reporting experience.
• Experience gathering and evaluating business requirements.
• Ability to work through ambiguous requirements.
• Exposure to various HR-related departments such as HR, Compensation and Benefits.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• SHRM certification (SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Workday reporting projects and dashboards.
• Develop reporting solutions to consolidate HR reporting globally.
• Gather requirements, run UAT, and test reporting outputs.
• Design, configure, and maintain dashboards and alerts.
• Educate end-users on reporting capabilities and future enhancements.
• Mentor team members and handle ad-hoc data requests.
