Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Manager - HRIS, Workday to own reporting, security, integrations, and payroll configuration. You will translate complex business needs into scalable Workday solutions, ensuring data integrity and governance across the HR technology landscape.

The role partners with HR Centers of Excellence, HRBPs, IT, and leaders, driving analytics, automation, and best practices to enhance workforce insights and HR operations on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, HR, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of HRIS or HR Technology experience.
• 5+ years of advanced Workday configuration experience.
• Strong expertise in: Reporting, Security, Payroll configuration, Integrations and Architecture.
• Advanced experience with calculated fields, composite reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience supporting global HR systems and HR technology projects.
• Experience mentoring team members, leading projects, or driving process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workday expert for Reporting, Security, Payroll config, Integrations, and technical architecture.
• Design, configure, and support scalable Workday solutions meeting global requirements.
• Guide data governance, integrity, and compliance across HR technology landscape.
• Design and develop advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver workforce insights and self-service analytics.
• Oversee Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, PECI, APIs) and payroll interfaces.
• Manage security framework, roles, and access controls; lead security audits.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve system efficiency across Workday releases.
