Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Philippines seeks a Workday Reporting Specialist to enhance global HR reporting infrastructure. You will deliver workforce insights, lead small projects, and develop reporting solutions across the enterprise.

The role requires 2+ years in Workday reporting or related experience, strong requirements gathering, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights while maintaining data confidentiality. SHRM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of Workday reporting (preferred) or any reporting related experience
• Experience gathering and evaluating business requirements
• Ability to work through ambiguous requirements
• Experience developing comprehensive reporting solutions
• Exposure to various HR related departments (Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, Labor Relations, etc.)
• High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of data
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong desire to continue learning about new HCM technologies
• SHRM Certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) a plus

Responsibilities

• Participates in, and may lead, requirements gathering sessions for new Workday reporting requests.
• Assists in creating project plans and provides level-of-effort estimates for project tasks.
• Creates and maintains custom reports and calculated fields based on user requirements.
• Designs, configures, sets up, and maintains dashboards, alerts, and scheduled reports.
• Tests and validates reporting solutions for completeness and accuracy.
• Designs testing scenarios and training material.
• Serves as a point-of-contact for reporting related questions.
• Educates end-users on reporting capabilities, and continuously seeks reporting enhancements to support evolving company requirements.
• Mentors other team members on best practices and share knowledge.
• Troubleshoots issues and appropriately escalates issues not able to be resolved.
• Analyzes and optimizes report performance.
• Leads review sessions for future releases, analyzing impact and communicating changes to key team members.
• Maintains awareness of current trends in reporting and best practices.
• Completes ad-hoc data requests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The Workday Specialist will be responsible for internal and external reporting projects and processes. The main objective of this position is to further build and advance our global HR reporting infrastructure.

This primary focus of this role is to provides workforce insights and solutions that support the achievement of business goals, help identify solutions to key challenges, and uncover opportunities to improve the people experience and success of Fresenius Medical Care. Responsible for Workday reporting, leads small projects, and plays a significant role in larger, more complex initiatives. Develops reporting solutions to support the consolidation of HR reporting across the enterprise. Plays a key role in all phases of report development from gathering requirements to conducting User Acceptance Testing. Interacts with various HR teams and departments, gains experience with the most sought after HCM technology, and develops reports to be used in countries all around the world.
