Maersk, a global leader in integrated logistics, seeks a Work Placement & Transition Specialist to strategically manage cross-border work placement and migrations within Global Shared Services locations. The role focuses on aligning service delivery, efficiency, and compliance with established standards across a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Transition Management or Migration experience.
• Experience supporting large transition projects (150 FTEs+).
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience in a global business environment.

Responsibilities

• Support new work transitions and 1:1 transfers across Global Shared Services locations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor compliance with placement standards.
• Lead migration of work based on service catalog and reduce fragmentation.
• Make informed decisions on work placement aligning priorities and compliance.
• Define work scope and assess task placement.
• Evaluate FTE requirements based on guidelines.
• Ensure clear communication among internal and external teams.
• Apply analytical mindset to support decision-making.
• Lead planning and reporting for work placement initiatives.
