Job summary

Western Digital Corp. in Laguna seeks a Senior Specialist, HR Operations (AI-Driven Employee Lifecycle Management and Global Service Delivery) to transform global HR processes using AI, automation, and analytics, enhancing the employee experience while ensuring governance and compliance.

You will partner with HR technology teams, implement AI-enabled workflows, and drive scalable improvements across multiple countries, balancing global standards with local requirements in a hybrid, dayshift role

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
7+ years of Global HR Operations experience with AI leverage.
Experience with HRIS, digital HR technologies, and self-service solutions.
Strong AI fluency and experience with Generative AI and automation.
Knowledge of governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve employee experience.
Champion AI adoption to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Partner with HR Technology teams to implement system enhancements and governance.
Lead HR transformation initiatives for process harmonization and shared services maturity.
Evaluate processes and recommend scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
Support new processes, intelligent automation, and operating model changes to advance digital adoption.
