Job summary

WD is seeking a Senior Specialist, HR Operations to transform global HR processes with AI-driven analytics and automation. You will streamline employee lifecycle activities, enhance service delivery, and improve the employee experience while ensuring governance, data privacy, and compliance across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive Global HR Operations and HR Shared Services experience with AI-enabled automation and analytics.
• Strong experience in end-to-end employee lifecycle across multi-country operations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise HRIS platforms and self-service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Automate manual HR processes using AI and digital solutions.
• Champion AI adoption using Generative AI, copilots, and HR technologies to improve productivity and service delivery.
• Collaborate with HR Technology teams to implement system enhancements with governance and adoption strategies.
• Lead HR transformation initiatives focused on process harmonization and shared services maturity.
• Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance across global HR operations.
