Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 3–5 years relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine visa processing and related regulations.
• Strong integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Philippine laws and university policies for inbound/outbound mobility.
• Liaise with government agencies (DOLE, BI, PRC, CHED) to obtain permits and updates.
• Guide university units on visa requirements and processing timelines.
• Supervise the Visa Processing Assistant and Visa Liaison.
• Maintain renewal monitoring and issue timely advisories.
