Job summary

Visa Philippines is seeking a skilled professional to lead Legal, Ethics & Compliance training programs and knowledge management initiatives. You will administer Visa University content, coordinate training sessions, and track participation to drive improvements.

This role requires collaboration with subject matter experts, strong writing and project management abilities, and a proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in legal operations, learning and development, communications, knowledge management, program management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administration and execution of Legal, Ethics & Compliance training programs and learning initiatives.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development events.
• Maintain annual training calendars and related program materials.
• Partner with presenters and subject matter experts to support development and delivery of learning content.
• Monitor participation, engagement, and training effectiveness metrics.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to learning programs and processes.
• Administer Legal & Compliance learning activities on Visa University and manage course enrollments.
