Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Transition Manager / Project Program Management Senior Specialist Advisor to join our team in Quezon City, Philippines. You will lead globally dispersed projects, manage large portfolios and drive program value with defined plans, resources, timelines and budgets.

The role requires 8–10 years in Banking/Healthcare/Insurance, 3–5 years in program management, and certifications such as Prince2 or PMP.

Qualifications

8–10 years in Banking/Healthcare/Insurance.
3–5 years in Projected Program Management.
MS Project and Copilot experience; document RAID items.
Experience handling international projects (Multi Geo).
Prince2 or PMP certification required.
Strong management principles and techniques.
Ability to identify and quantify corrective action plans.
Ability to provide effective performance reporting for client and company.

Responsibilities

Deep understanding of own subject area and related areas.
Lead diverse issues and projects that contribute to the company's goals.
Manage a broad, complex portfolio of projects.
Projects will have large teams and be globally dispersed.
Define program value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for global programs.
Viewed internally as a project management expert.
Monitor project performance in the Project Reporting System.
Facilitate PM Metrics and Reviews.
Support PM Help Desk.
