Qualifications

• Prior experience in Transfer Agency / Investor Services is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related discipline preferred.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in TA operations.
• Exposure to transaction processing, documentation, and operational workflows.
• Basic understanding of TA processes and interaction with related functions.

Responsibilities

• Process financial and non-financial transactions in line with client and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain investor and client documentation with a complete audit trail.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of transaction processing.
• Identify and resolve operational issues within defined procedures.
• Support business initiatives and ad‑hoc requirements as needed.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Identify process gaps and support resolution actions.
• Assist in training and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Handle routine transaction and client queries.
• Support preparation and maintenance of SOPs and process documentation.
• Follow established process controls and governance standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround times.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
