Job summary

Sutherland in the Philippines is seeking a dedicated Trainer to create and facilitate training materials that equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge, supporting onboarding and ongoing development.

You will lead multi-week transmission and blended new hire training, supervise nesting and floor training, and coach learners to meet performance metrics, using MS Office tools and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Education or Communications preferred).
• 2–3 years of work experience as a Trainer.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Create, facilitate and revise training materials to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge.
• Fill out accurate reports.
• Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members; understand needs and resolve issues.
