Dandy is seeking a gritty, fast-moving Training Enablement Manager to join our Customer Training team. You will orchestrate onboarding and enablement initiatives by blending resources from cross-functional partners into actionable training outputs, focusing on prioritization and scalable processes.

This role has a global scope, supporting US-based hours while expanding international teams. You will drive roadmaps, optimize operations, and scale onboarding across geographies with high autonomy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in onboarding, adult learning, sales enablement, or fast-paced operations.
• Ability to set enablement priorities with senior leadership.
• Map inputs and design structured, scalable workflows.
• Autonomously drive initiatives with minimal hand-holding.
• Influence across diverse, cross-regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute multiple roadmaps autonomously, balancing speed and delivery.
• Build enablement systems, content repositories, and reporting for consistency.
• Own onboarding for new Trainers and ensure readiness across geographies.
• Translate product updates into training for customer adoption.
• Turn tool and process changes into structured learning for daily use.
• Maintain high-quality Trainer experiences and scalable development systems.
