Dandy is transforming the dental industry and building the operating system for dental offices worldwide. We are hiring a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, Training to scale the Training team, enable activation, and guide customers through their first 30 days.

You will partner with Sales and Training leadership to design scalable processes, automate workflows, and build dashboards that illuminate customer lifecycle health while supporting international expansion.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years experience in Revenue Ops or related fields.
• Experience onboarding, activation, or early lifecycle revenue motions.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Revenue Ops support for Training through first 30 days.
• Design scalable processes and automate workflows.
• Build dashboards to monitor customer lifecycle health.
