Job summary

Container Bridge Philippines Inc. - CBPI Group is seeking a Customer Service & Documentation Specialist in Manila to manage importer/exporter accounts, gather and verify international trade documents, and ensure accuracy before submission to licensed customs brokers.

You will coordinate with clients, monitor BOC clearance statuses, prepare E2M entries, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining strict compliance with CMTA and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade.
• 1–3 years in customer service and documentation in a Philippine customs brokerage, international freight forwarder, or PEZA logistics firm.
• Familiarity with CMTA, E2M systems, and VASPs such as InterCommerce, CargoData, or E-Konek.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog, with strong organizational skills and the ability to interface with port operations staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage importer/exporter client accounts and provide proactive, real-time updates on clearance statuses and delivery schedules.
• Collect, verify, and review essential international trade documents (invoices, packing lists, B/L/AWB, origin certificates, imports permits).
• Encode shipment data into brokerage software for E2M entry processing.
• Assist clients with CPRS status and documentation for SGL or PEZA/Subic/Clark zones when applicable.
• Identify invoice discrepancies or missing commodity descriptions and coordinate with clients to rectify them.
• Prepare accurate Statements of Account (SOA) including duties, taxes, storage, and broker fees.
