Job summary

TIMECARGO LOGISTICS CORPORATION is seeking a Customs Broker to streamline customs processes and ensure efficient shipment clearance. The role requires knowledge of import/export procedures, accurate documentation, and coordination with clients and processors.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Customs Administration and at least one year of brokerage experience, with strong English communication skills and a willingness to undergo training. This position is based in the Philippines, Laguna.

Qualifications

BS Customs Administration degree
Licensed Custom Broker is an advantage
Extensive knowledge in import/export process
At least one-year experience in Brokerage and import shipment documentation
Excellent English language communication skills both verbal and written
Willing to undergo Training

Responsibilities

Streamline all customs related processes and requirements to facilitate customer shipments.
Accurate tariff classification, customs duties/taxes computation and lodgment of shipments.
Perform accurate documentation and shipment coordination from customs processors to clients.
Monitor shipment arrival and clearance statuses to ensure prompt release of shipments.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
