Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, data entry, bookkeeping, or general accounting.
• Experience in reviewing contracts or obtaining contract data from service providers.
• Strong customer service experience with professional client interaction.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct contract research and data analysis for prospective clients.
• Update the Client Tracker daily with new information.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate client databases.
• Generate client invoices and account statements; reconcile discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries from internal teams, clients, and partners.
