Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounting, invoice reconciliation, or a related field.
• Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Self-motivated approach with a commitment to individual and organizational success.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or other cloud-based accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile electronic invoices against system orders.
• Enter and reconcile paper invoices against system orders.
• Collaborate with sales and station contacts to resolve discrepancies, issues, and concerns.
• Obtain sales approval for exceptions or adjustments, as needed.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries received through the Network Billing inbox.
• Develop and maintain effective customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the Network Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Team.
