Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of related professional experience.
• Experience as an Accountant, Accounting Specialist, Accounts Receivable Specialist, or similar role.
• Paralegal experience or supporting legal/accounting functions preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, collections, invoicing, reconciliations, and payment processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collections process for all clients.
• Post and reconcile homeowner payments (lockbox/ACH/online).
• Support accounts payable and vendor invoices processing.
