Lean Solutions Group (LSG) is a forward‑thinking, AI‑driven recruitment partner supporting 600+ clients across industries. We seek a full‑cycle Technical Recruiter to own requisitions from intake to onboarding, focusing on IT, software, cloud, DevOps, and cybersecurity roles.

You will build proactive pipelines, partner with hiring teams, and drive candidate engagement using multi‑channel sourcing, Boolean searches, and ATS tools.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Technical, IT, or Technology Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, and job boards.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Recruit for IT/technical roles across Software, Cloud, DevOps, Data, and cybersecurity.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and selection criteria.
• Conduct structured pre-screenings and negotiate offers to improve acceptance rates.
• Maintain candidate engagement and timely updates throughout the process.
