Job summary

SID Global Solutions is seeking an Information Technology Recruiter to build strong technology talent pipelines for local and global hiring requirements. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and collaborate with hiring managers to define needs.

The role requires 3–6 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or IT, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of technical IT roles and skill sets.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search & ATS.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate closure skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain active talent pipelines.
