Job summary

Odfjell Technology Corp. is seeking a qualified candidate to manage technical documentation for internal and external clients.

The role involves coordinating with project teams, controlling document workflows, and ensuring accurate archiving according to project procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, familiarity with ERP/document management systems, and experience with Autodesk applications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Library Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical documentation for internal and external customers.
• Cooperate closely with project teams when needed.
• Control and review incoming/outgoing documentation according to Document Change Form and Master document lists.
• Receive, register and distribute technical documentation per distribution matrixes, archiving procedures.
• Administrate, maintain & revising engineering technical documentation.
• Provide support to engineering operations in transmittal of technical documentation to clients and authorities.
• Transfer of documentation between databases.
• Publish drawings with Autodesk applications per Redline Mark-up, maintaining security of documents.
• Contribute to efficiency improvements in information processes.
• Assist in establishing internal procedures for technical information.
