Job summary

Integrated OS is seeking a dedicated Document Controller to manage project, design, and organizational documents, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with internal and external standards. You will collaborate with multiple teams to maintain efficient document workflows.

This role covers document control & management, compliance & QA, coordination with partners, data entry and tracking, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee handling, storage, and security of electronic and hard-copy documents.
• Implement and maintain a structured document control system with version control and proper labeling.
• Manage uploading, updating, and retrieval of documents on document control software (e.g., Smartsheets, Dropbox).
• Ensure documents comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain quality and compliance; prepare document packages for audits and submissions.
• Distribute documents to relevant teams and external partners per project schedules; coordinate with departments to ensure document integrity.
