Qualifications

• Has recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in technology.
• Experience recruiting for MSP/MSSP or IT services is a plus.
• Able to source and build relationships with candidates who are not actively looking.
• Strong communication and proactive approach to recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Find and engage exceptional technology talent, primarily for the US business, with occasional roles in Australia and New Zealand.
• Build strong talent pipelines instead of waiting for applications.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand what great looks like and challenge unrealistic asks.
• Guide candidates through a smooth, professional recruitment experience from first contact to day one.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes with better tools and smarter practices.
