Job summary

First Focus AU is seeking a results-driven recruiter to help grow our US technology business from the Philippines. You’ll engage IT infrastructure professionals and build lasting relationships with hiring managers.

You’ll design proactive talent pipelines, manage a smooth candidate experience, and adapt to Australia and New Zealand needs as markets shift. The role offers a flexible schedule and exposure to multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in technology.
• Experience recruiting for MSP/MSSP or IT services.
• Skilled at sourcing, building relationships and spotting hidden talent.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Organized, proactive, curious, and improvement-driven.

Responsibilities

• Find and engage IT professionals for US, with occasional Australia/NZ roles.
• Build strong talent pipelines rather than waiting for applicants.
• Partner with hiring managers to define 'great' candidates.
• Guide candidates through a smooth recruitment process from first convo to day one.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools.
