Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting experience in a firm.
• 10+ years of leadership/managerial experience.
• Experience managing Talent/HR Consulting KPIs.
• Ability to develop strategic growth plans and manage client expectations.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery with P&L responsibility.
• Originates and shapes deals with clients.
• Build and nurture client relationships across the Accenture ecosystem.
• Guide HR Sourcing and Recruitment and conduct candidate interviews.
• Mentor next generation of leaders.
• Coordinate across global networks to position the Manila node.
