Qualifications

• 12 years of solid industry consulting experience in a consulting firm.
• 10 years leadership/managerial experience with client expectations and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Talent (HR Consulting) and global network engagement.
• Proven ability to formulate growth strategies and guide delivery across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery including P&L management for engagements.
• Lead and motivate teams across locations; secure right workstream leads.
• Drive growth strategy with HR partners and ensure structured hiring and talent mix.
• Collaborate with US, EMEA, APAC to position Manila node as a viable center.
• Maintain internal reporting such as MME and MyWizard; manage client visits.
