Accenture in the Philippines seeks a senior leader to drive end-to-end HR consulting initiatives and talent management across client engagements in Metro Manila. You will oversee delivery, growth strategy execution, and stakeholder collaboration with global teams, ensuring strong P&L performance and client satisfaction.

The role requires extensive consulting leadership, robust people management, and the ability to shape opportunities within a complex, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting experience in a firm.
• 10+ years of leadership/managerial experience.
• Experience managing Talent/HR Consulting KPIs.
• Ability to develop strategic growth plans and manage client expectations.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• 12 years of solid industry consulting experience in a consulting firm and 10 years leadership/managerial experience who understands client expectations, business, operations and internal stakeholder management
• Responsible for Talent(aka HR Consulting) Global Network Manila node's Chargeability, Recoverability, Personal Sales, and Growth KPIs.
• Develop and leverage relationships with Talent stakeholders, Global Network Talent stakeholders to contribute to chargeability/ utilization for the node.
• Works with HR Business Partners to execute the Growth Strategy. The growth Strategy is developed by Node Lead in collaboration with the practice Leads. Hiring must be well structured in terms of level mix, skill mix to support the growth strategy.
• Guides the HR team on how to Analyze data, and be more strategic in how to run the Practice from a Business operations standpoint
• Finds assignments for the individual resources especially when they are on bench for a duration of more than 60 days.
• Guides the HR Sourcing and Recruitment team, including reviewing their write ups, and performing interviews for selected candidates. In certain cases – refers the right candidates to be processed.
• Curates Learning bootcamps for Analysts and Consultants to be Job ready.
• Learns the different industry and function topics and finds personal chargeability
• In Delivery engagements, is responsible for End-to-end delivery, which includes P&L of the engagements, getting the right workstream leads (CL6/CL7), running the team from multiple locations and is also responsible for representing Accenture in the Board with clients. Responsible for internal reporting – MME and MyWizard.
• In Sales – is responsible for originating, deal shaping and taking the opportunity through the internal sales NBM processes. Individual is also responsible for building relationships with clients, and then ensuring our proposal are well written, bringing the best of Accenture.
• Lead/ manage client visits within the Philippines and ensure the best of Accenture is presented in these visits/ showcases.
• Collaborates across the organization – U.S., EMEA and APAC to position the Manila Node as a viable Center.
• Be a thought leader- Works on Innovative, Asset strategy for the firm – that accelerates our growth and differentiations.
• Spends time with clients face to face, over business and over lunch/Dinner as necessary to build the relationship
• Self –learning and drive learning of the future for the team – e.g., Gen AI
• Mentors the next generation of leaders – stewardship.
