Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an HR Service Delivery Manager to lead HR Operations in Quezon City, focusing on end-to-end Hire to Retire, workforce administration and multi-geography delivery. You will drive process improvements and governance across large teams.

Ideal candidates bring experience managing 1,000+ employees, leading 20+ staff, and applying operations excellence, controls, and automation to complex HR environments.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in running HR Operations across multiple geographies.
• Exposure to North Americas HR Operations preferred.
• Should be proficient in understanding various facets of Hire to retire journey.
• Incumbent should have exposure.
• Experience in managing HR Operations for an employee base of > 1,000
• Should have led a team of more than 20 employees in a complex Operations environment.
• Should have good experience in managing, running and instituting HR Controls and mitigating Risk in large set up.
• Should be abreast with latest technology in the HR Operations space and should be able to roll out automation as required by the operations.
• Should know concepts of Operations excellence (or any other quality management tools)
