Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to provide end-to-end recruitment support for assigned business units. You will drive market insights, talent mapping, and sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.

In this role, you will collaborate with recruitment consultants and hiring managers, conduct market research, and lead projects such as employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives across geographies.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years' experience in global or multi-regional talent sourcing, research, or recruitment.
• Proven experience in market research, talent mapping, and delivering insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, HireVue, Workday).
• Strong expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end recruitment support to assigned business units.
• Drive market insights and talent mapping to influence recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants and Hiring Managers on candidate availability and sourcing challenges.
• Lead talent mapping for new markets and diversity hiring campaigns.
