Job summary

At Aurecon, a premier design, engineering and advisory firm, we seek a Talent Acquisition Consultant to deliver end-to-end recruitment for our global business units. You will drive market research, talent mapping and data-driven recommendations to hiring managers, while building a strong pipeline for critical roles and engaging candidates with Aurecon’s EVP.

You will partner with colleagues across geographies on projects to improve sourcing efficiency, employer branding and diversity hiring

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years’ experience in global or multi-regional talent sourcing, research, or recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Proficiency in market research, talent mapping, and delivering insights for hiring decisions.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and advanced Boolean search methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end recruitment support to assigned business unit and related projects.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and share data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and engage candidates with Aurecon’s EVP.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
