Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in global or regional talent sourcing, research or recruitment.
• Experience in market research and delivering insights for hiring decisions.
• Proficient in sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques.
• Strong data analytics and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping and build talent pools for critical roles.
• Partner with recruiters to align sourcing with business needs.
• Engage passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals.
• Lead sourcing-related projects and report on pipelines.
