Qualifications

• 6–8+ years’ experience in global or multi-regional talent sourcing, research, or recruitment.
• Proven experience in market research, talent mapping, and delivering insights for hiring decisions.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, HireVue, Workday).
• Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and present clear, actionable market insights.
• Experience on employer branding, diversity hiring, or workforce planning projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform market research and talent mapping to identify talent pools and market opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles and future needs.
• Engage candidates and promote Aurecon’s EVP through multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants to align sourcing with business needs.
• Lead or participate in sourcing projects and provide reporting on pipelines and performance.
