Job summary

JTI in the Philippines seeks a Talent Management & Learning Center Process Manager to oversee end-to-end TM & Learning services within the GBSC. You will lead a team delivering high-quality, compliant services and drive efficiency across regions.

You will partner with global stakeholders, standardize processes, and provide data-driven insights to support talent decisions. Strong leadership and SAP HR expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years HR operations, talent management, or L&D in a multinational setting.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience, preferably in Shared Services.
• Strong understanding of Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning Administration.
• Experience managing global stakeholders across regions and cultures.
• Experience in project management and process improvement; Lean Six Sigma a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP HR and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of Talent Management & Learning services across supported JTI entities, regions, and HQ functions, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Manage and provide direction to the Talent Management & Learning team, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery.
• Monitor operational metrics and performance data to ensure services are delivered on time and with quality.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardization, simplification, automation and elimination of non-value activities.
• Coordinate Talent Management & Learning activities including Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews, learning administration, mentoring programs, and assessments.
• Provide operational and strategic support to stakeholders by resolving inquiries and sharing best practices.
• Ensure procedures and documentation are up-to-date and consistently applied across organizations.
• Deliver Talent Management & Learning analytics and reports to support strategic workforce decisions.
• Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions for accuracy.
• Partner with Local People & Culture leaders for workforce planning and capability-building strategies.
• Manage resource allocation, team development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with global GBS locations to harmonize processes and drive excellence.
• Recruit, coach and develop team members to foster a high-performing team.
