Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Taguig is seeking a Team Lead for Learn GSC Learning Admin. You will lead a team delivering end-to-end learning administration, case handling, and Level 1 helpdesk support, while upholding high quality and customer satisfaction.

You will mentor staff, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement in processes and knowledge management across Learn teams.

Qualifications

• University / Bachelor’s Degree graduate.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in learning administration or HR systems.
• Open to working on a night shift.
• Experience with LMS administration and HR tech stacks is a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Care agents handling enterprise learning cases, admin and Level 1 helpdesk.
• Lead daily operations, monitor queues, and ensure service continuity.
• Coach administrators in best practices, processes, and service expectations.
• Own QA findings, corrective actions, and enterprise-quality CAPA processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver world-class learning administration services.
