Job summary

JTI is seeking a Talent Management & Learning Development Center Process Manager (CPM) to lead talent and learning services across the organization. You will drive SLAs, manage a high-performing team, and partner with global locations to standardize processes.

The role emphasizes analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma knowledge, with exposure to SAP HR and large-scale HR operations in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or organizational development.
• 7+ years of experience in HR operations, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related People & Culture functions within a multinational organization.
• 2–3 years of leadership or people management experience, preferably within a Shared Services environment.
• Experience in SAP HR and MS Office; strong analytical and dashboard-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Talent Management and Learning services across supported JTI entities, regions, and HQ functions, ensuring SLAs.
• Manage and provide direction to the Talent Management and Learning team, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery.
• Monitor operational metrics and performance data to ensure services are delivered on time and with quality.
• Drive continuous improvement through process standardization, simplification, automation, and elimination of non-value-adding activities.
• Coordinate Talent Management and Learning activities including Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews, learning administration, mentoring programs, and assessments.
• Provide operational & strategic support to stakeholders by resolving process-related inquiries and sharing best practices on Talent and Learning processes.
• Ensure operational procedures and documentation are up-to-date, accessible, and consistently applied across organizations.
• Deliver Talent Management and Learning analytics and reports to support strategic workforce and talent decisions.
• Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions for accuracy and reliability of talent information.
• Partner with Local People & Culture leaders to define workforce planning, training, documentation, and capability-building strategies.
• Manage resource allocation, team development, performance management, and succession planning within the function.
• Collaborate with colleagues across global GBS locations to identify opportunities for process harmonization and operational excellence.
• Recruit, coach, and support the professional development of team members, fostering a high-performing and engaged team.
