Talent Management & LearningDevelopment Center Process Manager (CPM)
As a Talent Management & Learning and Development CPM, you will:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of Talent Management and Learning services acrosssupportedJTI entities, regions, and HQfunctions, ensuring compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Manage and provide direction to the Talent Management and Learning team, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery
- Monitoring, interpreting, and acting on operational metrics and performance data to ensure services are delivered on time, with quality, and according to expectations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process standardization, simplification, automation, and elimination of non-value-adding activities
- Coordinate key Talent Management and Learning activities, including Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews, learning administration, mentoring programs, and assessment processes
- Provide operational & strategic support to stakeholders by resolving process-related inquiries and sharing best practices on Talent and Learning processes
- Ensure operational procedures and process documentation are up-to-date, accessible, and consistently applied across the organizations
- Deliver Talent Management and Learning analytics and reports to support strategic workforce and talent decisions
- Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions to ensure accuracy and reliability of talent-related information
- Partner with Local People & Culture leaders to define workforce planning, training, documentation, and capability-building strategies
- Manage resource allocation, team development, performance management, and succession planning initiatives within the function
- Collaborate with colleagues across global GBS locations to identify and implement opportunities for process harmonization and operational excellence
- Recruit, coach, and support the professional development of team members, fostering a high-performing and engaged team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR operations, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related People & Culture functions within a multinational organization
- At least 2-3 years of leadership or people management experience, preferably within a Shared Services environment
- Strong understanding of Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning Administration, and HR service delivery processes
- Experience managing global stakeholders and working across multiple regions and cultures
- Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives Lean Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage
- Proficiency in SAP HR and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing dashboards, reports, and talent analytics
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal additional languages are an advantage
- Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of driving change in a fast-paced, global environment
