Job summary

WebBeds in Manila seeks a Talent & Learning Specialist to support global learning, leadership and talent initiatives. You will coordinate programmes, administer learning and talent systems and develop practical solutions that strengthen capability and employee experience.

Working with stakeholders across regions, you will manage Workday Learning, Udemy, analytics and reporting, while delivering learning programmes and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Learning & Development, Talent, Organisational Development or similar field.
• Experience delivering or coordinating learning, leadership or talent activities globally.
• Experience with learning management systems; Workday Learning and Udemy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and evaluate assigned global learning and leadership development programmes.
• Contribute to learning pathways, blended solutions, e-learning content, guides and toolkits.
• Partner with stakeholders to turn capability needs into practical learning solutions.
• Administer and improve Workday Learning, including campaigns, paths, catalogues, enrolments and reporting.
• Administer Udemy and monitor access, utilisation and effectiveness.
• Analyse participation, feedback and outcomes to recommend improvements.
