Job summary

IBM Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support scheduling interviews, extending offers, coordinating travel, and onboarding new hires. You will ensure accurate applicant tracking updates and timely communications with applicants and hiring teams.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in recruitment administration, experience in candidate selection, and familiarity with HR processes. RPO exposure is a plus, and you will collaborate with vendors to streamline hiring workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in recruitment administration (scheduling, onboarding, offers)
• At least 1 year in candidate selection process
• At least 1 year in Human Resources and/or Staffing

Responsibilities

• Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews
• Coordinate travel arrangements as needed
• Book resources for interviews
• Generate and send offer letters/packages
• Facilitate background investigations of new hires
• Monitor background vendor activity and coordinate with vendors
• Kick-off, perform, monitor, and complete onboarding activities
• Update applicant management database and communicate decisions to recruitment support groups
• Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated
• Perform other duties as required by management
