Offshore Talent is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer in the Philippines to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for our clients, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates across industries. You will work closely with client hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective strategies that align with company culture and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of talent acquisition experience in RPO/BPO or agency settings.
• Proven ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience sourcing via multiple channels and conducting diverse interviews.
• Organized with strong time-management and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to offers.
• Collaborate with client hiring managers on staffing needs and culture.
• Develop sourcing strategies across boards, social channels, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Prepare and extend offers; manage onboarding process.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Maintain records and reports on recruitment progress and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Represent Offshore Talent professionally to clients and candidates.
