Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in international recruitment across multiple regions preferred.
• Experience in high-volume or niche recruitment is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and interview skills with cross-cultural awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Philippines and global markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews (phone/video).
• Coordinate interviews across time zones and debrief with hiring managers.
• Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and support onboarding.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Track metrics and ensure compliance with local laws and policies.
